Membership is open to all registered students of the School of Sustainable Development. The Association currently has over 500 active members across five academic departments.

SuDSA operates through three constitutional arms:
1. Executive Council – Responsible for daily administration and execution of programs.
2. Parliamentary Council – Legislative arm ensuring oversight and policy formulation.
3. Judicial Council – Ensures fair interpretation and enforcement of SuDSA’s Constitution.
